2. I’m registered and I still can’t see my acknowledgement? Please send a message to Contact Us and we will respond shortly.
3. Why can’t I send an acknowledgement? You need to login before you are able send an acknowledgment. If you are logged in and still can’t send an acknowledgement, please send a message via Contact Us.
4. I can’t remember my password and/or user Name? Please click on “I forgot password/username” link to have your user name and password sent to your email address.
5. How do I send an acknowledgement to more than one person? You can enter the email addresses separated by a semi colon; for example, jondoe@mymail.com;janesmith@hermail.com
6. How do I upload a video? Step 1. Click on Acknowledge Another Step 2. Enter the required information. Step 3. Click on Add Video. Step 4 Click on browse to locate video (accepts only formats that You Tube accepts). Step 5. Click on Upload Step 6. Click on Send. You will receive a confirmation message once you are complete.
7. I want to recommend someone or a group to be featured? Select Contact Us and let us know who you would like to be featured.
